Returns & Exchanges
At Fitted Caps, we want your headwear to fit perfectly, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn merchandise with original tags attached. Please ensure the cap is shipped back in a box to maintain its structural integrity and prevent crown damage during transit.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the unbent, unworn cap into its original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to ensure the brim and crown remain protected.
- 3.Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
- 4.Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the quality of the cap, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
